Getting your koi to you

Live koi ship by overnight/express courier on Tuesdays and Wednesdays only — that way your fish never sits in a depot over the weekend. You'll get tracking as soon as it's on the way.

We watch the weather

If it's freezing cold or blazing hot, we'll hold your koi until it's safe to travel. Don't worry — your order isn't cancelled, just paused, and we'll reach out to line up a good ship date. In hot weather we toss in an ice pack automatically.

Supplies & equipment

Pond gear ships within 1–3 business days, anywhere in Canada.
