About Showa
Showa Sanshoku is one of the Gosanke ("Big Three") — a black (sumi) base wrapped with vivid red (hi) and white (shiroji). The sumi deepens with age, making Showa a fish that keeps improving. Gin Rin adds jewel-like sparkle to every scale.
